The Geneva Centre publishes in real-time analytical reports from the Human Rights Council meetings on a selected range of topics.
Since June 2019, the budgetary restrictions have been affecting the media coverage of the Human Rights Council. The negative impact of the lack of information coverage was reported by a number of permanent missions, civil society and other stakeholders.
To tackle this issue, starting from the 43rd session of the Human Rights Council, the Geneva Centre decided to start producing concise analytical reports on the meetings attended.

The Geneva Centre closely monitored the 55th session of the Human Rights Council (HRC) in February - April 2024.
UNIVERSAL PERIODIC REVIEW – 45TH SESSION
The 45th session of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) has started on 22 January 2024, at the United Nations Office in Geneva, and will continue until 02 February 2024.

The 43rd session of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) has started on 01 May 2023, at the United Nations Office in Geneva, and will continue until 12 May 2023.
